Frequently asked questions
Shipping, papers, limited editions, licensing and payment methods.
Do you ship, and how long does it take?
Yes, we ship throughout Chile and internationally. Each piece is packaged to protect it in transit; delivery times depend on the destination and courier, and are confirmed when arranging each order.
What paper do you print the fine art works on?
We print on museum-grade matte cotton fine art paper, luster/satin photo paper, or canvas, depending on the piece. All are archival substrates chosen to last and to reproduce color and detail faithfully.
What does it mean for a photograph to be a limited edition?
A limited edition is a numbered print with a fixed maximum number of copies. Once the edition sells out, no further prints of that size are made, which preserves the work’s collectible value.
What is a usage license and who is it for?
A usage license is permission to use an image commercially without buying the printed original. It is meant for brands, agencies and publications that need to use Rodrigo Viveros’ photographs in campaigns, editorial or communications.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Mercado Pago (credit and debit cards), bank transfer, and PayPal for international clients.
Do you offer audiovisual production for companies?
Yes, Windshaped offers B2B audiovisual and photographic production for brands and agencies. Get in touch to quote a project based on your needs.
